Do I need my own AI API key?

No. Joud provides the AI connection. You work on your articles without configuring provider accounts or keys.

Can I write in Arabic and English?

Yes. Choose the language of each article. The merchant interface also supports Arabic and English.

Where can I publish my articles?

Publish an approved article on your public Joud blog, or copy it into Salla’s blog editor and publish there. Drafting and copying never publish anything automatically.

Where do I see the price?

Plans, prices and included article allowances are managed in Salla. Read the current listing and checkout details before subscribing.

Will articles guarantee better search rankings?

No. Joud helps you prepare and publish useful content; search rankings, traffic and sales are not guaranteed.

How do I get help or request my data?

Email our support team. Include your store name and explain the help, export or deletion request you need. Never email passwords or API keys.
