These terms describe the article service provided by Joud. By using it, you agree to use it responsibly and to the subscription terms shown by Salla when you subscribe.

Your content and responsibility

You keep your rights in content you provide. You allow Joud and its service providers to process it to provide the service. Only submit material you are entitled to use. Review AI drafts for accuracy, rights, links and suitability before publishing; AI can make mistakes.

Plans and payment

Salla displays the applicable plan, price, allowance and billing period and processes payments. Manage your subscription in Salla. Refund and cancellation requests follow the applicable platform terms and your purchase details. Joud does not ask for payment-card information.

Acceptable use

Do not use Joud to publish unlawful, deceptive or infringing content, expose private information, compromise other stores or bypass usage limits. Access may be restricted when necessary to address misuse, security issues or a lapsed subscription.

Service availability

Joud depends on hosting, AI and platform services. Interruptions and provider limits can affect availability. No search ranking, traffic, sales result or uninterrupted service is promised. Save and review your important content.

Ending service and getting help

You can manage or cancel your subscription through Salla and contact support for article exports or account-data requests. Uninstallation stops platform access; saved records are handled as described in the privacy notice. Contact support if a problem affects your use of the service.
