This notice explains how Joud handles information used to provide its article service. Contact us using the support address below about this notice or your data.

Information we use

We process store and platform identifiers, authorized account access, subscription status, your brand information, article drafts, published articles, images and support messages. Technical logs and usage records help us operate the service and account for AI usage. The article service does not need your customers’ orders or payment-card details.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate your store, generate and save drafts, publish the version you approve, apply your subscription allowance, resolve problems and protect accounts. Content you publish becomes publicly accessible.

Service providers

Content needed for an AI request is sent to the configured AI provider. Joud supports OpenAI, Anthropic and DeepSeek. Hosting and storage providers operate the service; encrypted backups are stored in Google Drive. Salla handles installation and subscription billing. Provider processing may occur outside your country. Do not put sensitive customer information in article prompts.

Security and retention

Access credentials are encrypted at rest. Account access is restricted, and backups are encrypted. Article and account records remain available while needed to provide the service and resolve account matters. Backup archives older than 30 days are removed after a successful verified backup. Uninstalling an app is not a request to immediately erase saved articles or all historical records.

Your requests

Contact support to request access, correction, export or deletion of your information. We verify the request and explain what can be removed, any records that must be retained, and the status of your request. Previously public content may remain in third-party caches or search results.

Joud uses necessary session security for authenticated access. Salla and other services you visit have their own privacy notices. We update this page when our handling of information changes.
