Write articles that help customers choose
A shopper may want to compare two kinds of coffee or find out how to care for a shirt before ordering. An article gives you room to explain the answer. Joud helps you prepare that article and publish it on your store’s blog.
Start with a question from your customers
Enter a topic such as “Should I buy whole beans or ground coffee?” and choose Arabic or English. Select the article length to suit what you want to explain. The language belongs to that article, so you can request an English draft while using the Arabic interface. Add details specific to your products as you review the text.

Should I buy whole beans or ground coffee?
For a coffee store
Choosing coffee for the way you brew
If you have a grinder at home, whole beans let you grind only what you need for each brew. Ground coffee is convenient when you want to make a cup without grinding first.
Match the grind to your coffee maker
When ordering ground coffee, check which brewing method it is ground for. Espresso and filter coffee use different grind sizes, so one bag may not suit both. For whole beans, make sure your grinder can adjust to the setting your brewer needs.

Review a draft you can edit
Joud uses AI to prepare the draft and review its sources. Read it with your customers in mind: check that the information applies to your products, correct any claims that need it, and adjust the wording. You can edit the title and body before saving. The draft stays private while you work, and the AI service is included without a separate provider account.
Publish the version you approve
Publish the saved article on your store’s blog hosted by Joud. You can add the blog link to your store menu so customers can reach it. Later edits stay private until you publish the revised version; you can also unpublish an article and keep its draft. If you prefer Salla’s native blog, copy the article into its editor and publish there manually. Joud prepares the search details automatically for its own hosted article pages.
